As I said on the home page, I am a Christian. I have been for over 25 years. Faith should affect every part of our lives and I have to say there are areas where I have an awful long way to go but I know that God is real and part of my life. I currently attend Headington Baptist Church (HBC). We are currently without a building as the old one was deteriorating and the decision was taking to rebuild so we meet in a local school. The hall we meet in really is not big enough as we often fill it.

At HBC I play my guitar and lead services. I have had the same guitar since 1980 when I went to University. I bought it with my first student grant. Well what else do you do with your first grant?

I have taken to listening to Christian Radio Stations on the internet. The ones I most listen to are Premier and All Worship. Premier also offer a TV channel which has some interesting teaching programs.

I am drawn to the areas of contemplation and retreat. At HBC we have had connections with the Celtic tradition and an interesting website is that of the Northumbria Community.

I am also interested in the work of Oxfam,  The Bible Society and The Evangelical Alliance.
